Drinking Green tea is not only a treat. It is not just a drink to have when you are feeling stressed out and you need to relax. Also, on a cold day you may want to warm up some nice green tea to help you remain nice and warm while you relax at home with your family or watching a movie.
Green tea help for treatment for cancer and help it helps with prevention as well. It helps to raise metabolism as well as increases fat oxidation which is great for those interested in weight loss. Also, drinking green tea will help reduce the risk of heart diseases and also heart attacks. Drinking green tea will also assist with treating the impaired immune function.
There are several more benefits from drinking green tea such as it reduces the risk of esophageal cancer. So in a nutshell, I think anyone that is interesting in getting in shape and bettering their health will agree that drinking green tea is great. It is great if you can get your children involved as well and they can begin to drink green tea as often as possible to help reduce many of these diseases. Green tea can also stop alzheimer's along with Parkisons disease which effects millions of people every single year.
I am very excited to start off my new year with drinking greeen tea and I am excited to reap the benefits of drinking this tea. Not only is it great tasting but it is so good for your body. You cannot find many products out on the market today that can offer some many great things as green tea.
