Are you, like most people these days, giving more consideration to your health and the effects of a healthy diet on your body? In today's media one is inundated with advertising for one snack food or another. Grocery shelves are lined with the likes of potato chips, chocolate bars, candy, and the like. Even snacks such as yogurt are loaded with added sugar these days. And if you are one to read ingredient labels on the foods that you buy you will agree that the sodium levels in most snack foods are completely unacceptable for a healthy lifestyle.

Popcorn is one of the healthiest snack food choices available on the market these days. That is, as long as it is not loaded with butter, salt and every preservative known to man.
